American National Bank & Trust Company Names Nancy Hubbard to Virginia State Banking Board
DANVILLE, VA, June 30, 2021 – American National Bank & Trust Company announced today the addition of Nancy Hubbard, Dean of the University of Lynchburg’s College of Business and Professor of Management to its Virginia State banking board.
In addition to Lynchburg College, Nancy is an International Professor at both IAE University of Marseilles and SKOLKOVO (Moscow School of Management). She also taught at the University of Oxford and was an Associate Fellow at Templeton Green College (Oxford) for 17 years. Nancy is considered one of Europe’s best-known experts on mergers and acquisitions, publishing over forty articles on M&A in both mainstream and academic journals. American National President and Chief Executive Officer Jeffrey V. Haley remarked, Nancy’s background and expertise will undoubtedly provide tremendous value to our organization. She resides in Lynchburg, Virginia with her husband, John Mann.
